If I had to describe myself in only three words, those would be: eager, patient, and caring. These traits, once refined, have made me a great researcher, an attentive listener, and a compassionate individual. Due to my desire to heal pain and my passion to help others, I chose Psychology and Criminology as my main fields of studying and held a strong interest in science throughout the years.
Always a philomath at heart, I have been an active advocate of mental health and well-being. Currently, I have 3+ years of community involvement, worked for 2+ years with children and the vulnerable sector, and have had extensive training and experience supporting clients in my role as a mental health crisis line responder.
The journey to mental health and well-being is not always an easy one, and taking the first step can be very intimidating at times. Here at Saterra, I would like you to view me as a bridge between your needs and our competent associates who will empower you to take the necessary steps to your well-being. My goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental and safe environment for you to trust. I look forward to patiently listen to all your concerns, attentively answer your inquiries over the phone, via email, or in person, and help you in any way possible with your care plans.
