I provide a compassionate, authentic, and warm approach to psychotherapy. I strongly believe in the interplay between physical and mental health and their combined impact on one’s quality of life and well-being. Each individual has their own personal set of experiences, individual strengths, and qualities that make them unique. With this in mind, I tailor my approach to your distinct situation.
I use a collaborative approach to help identify specific goals and strategies to support each individual in moving forward and reaching his or her full potential. I will help clients identify specific thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and relationship patterns that might be working as obstacles in reaching their personal goals. I use therapeutic approaches that have been scientifically tested and have been shown to help individuals cope with various concerns.
I have many years of experience helping people who are struggling with anxiety, mood, and trauma related difficulties. I also have experience helping those with other life challenges or transitions.
